<subtitle>A Test of Quanta Plus</subtitle>
<body>
	I just read a favorable review of Quanta Plus in <i>Linux Format</i> which said that it was good for editing XML with a DTD. I opened a template I had and tried to display it but QP wouldn't do the right thing. I was able to send it it Firefox and get the style correctly rendered.

<subtitle>Complete Bach, All Haydn Symphonies</subtitle>
<body>
	In January I found bittorents of all of Bach and all Haydn Symphonies, I also got all of the string quartets by Haydn all in MP3. I reviewed all of the Bach from CDR copies and found only a couple of pops beyound hearing all of the Cantatas for the first time. I will be commenting on the jewels I find in them as I review them. Now, I am listening to all of the Haydn Symphonies.

It remaims for me to get all of the scores for Haydn Symphonies. This is not as easy as it sounds as not all of the 104 appear to be availabe or in print, and even though PDFs appear to exist they are not availabe in the US because of copyright uncertainties, prehaps the complexity of American copyright law. Congress protects business and powerful special interests by writing very complex laws, clearly an abuse of Rule of Law; which is the reason why legislators are universally hated. Anyway, it appears that the most famous are already in the Public Domain, judging by the Dover Books Scores which reply on their sources being PD, and the Haydn Critical Edition by H.C. Robins is the basis for those editions, so it is a mystery as to why the PDFs in the IMSL repository are not allowed to be downloaded in the US. Prehaps it is the tortured reading of US Copyright laws.
